The life of Jesus Christ is filled with wonderful happenings. And it all started with His miracle birth.
Most of you probably know that an angel of God appeared unto a Jewish woman named Mary, who was engaged to a man named Joseph. The angel told Mary that she was highly favored of the Lord God and that she was to be the mother to the Son of God. She, of course, thought this strange because she was still a virgin. Nevertheless, the angel told her that it would happen. And so it did. (Luke 1:26-56 KJV)
Believers in Christ the world over accept the Truth of this story of the virgin birth as a true miracle from God. Others wonder how such a thing could ever happen, so this causes many to doubt altogether.
But I am here to tell you that this story is completely true. Mary did give birth to Jesus Christ, through the overshadowing of the Holy Spirit of God. The Holy Bible shares this and all the other wonderful things that occurred from the time of Jesus’ birth till He died on the cross, for man’s redemption.
My Miracle Baby
I never once doubted the story of Jesus’ miracle birth. Which leads me to share a story of my own, so take it for what it is worth.
When I was married, I gave birth to a beautiful little girl. As time went on, my husband was not always around, for reasons I won’t go into. However, I grew very ill with the flu at one point, which kept me bedridden for several weeks. I was so sick I barely knew what was happening around me. My husband was gone, as usual, so I was alone with my daughter. She was a toddler and went through a very difficult time during my illness.
When able to crawl out of bed, remembering I had a child to care for, I would enter the kitchen, to find her sitting up on a wooden chair, bored and asleep, in front of the television we had there. She spent hours in that chair, all day alone, because I was out of it, and there was no one else there, except God. But I know God was looking out for her because, fortunately, she never fell off the chair or got hurt.
Furious, feeling helpless and disheartened at my child having to suffer this way, I remember crawling back into bed and crying out to God for another child, so my daughter had someone to play with during times such as these. Barely had I finished my prayer when I felt a sudden spark in my womb. Very odd feeling, but I did feel it. Then nine months later, to the exact day I had figured it out, I gave birth to a bouncing baby boy. A miracle child from God.
Now I am not saying this child is a Son of God, but he is truly a gift from the Lord and quite resembles my now ex-husband. It is just that I conceived this child through a touch from God Himself. It was not done in the usual way. With so many people having miracle births out there such as this one, then it is truly hard to doubt the Truth of God’s Word in the way Jesus Christ entered the world. Through a handmaiden of the Lord’s, who was in all ways a virgin.
I was not a virgin at the time my son was conceived, but he came about through a miracle from God, in answer to a heart-felt request, a prayer to my Savior and Lord, Jesus Christ. I believe many other women have been blessed with a miracle touch from God in similar fashion.
So if anyone of you desires a child, just ask in Jesus’ name, and, regardless of your physical state or what you have been told by a doctor, know that Jesus, the Great Physician, is well able to bless you with the child you desire. I am, of course, saying this is possible if you are walking with God as you should, trusting Him, and are legally married. If you are walking in disobedience, this might not be possible, although God can do miracles.
At any rate, I hope that my own true experience of a miracle birth will help you to truly believe that the Word of God is completely true and that everything in it happened exactly as it is written.
Jesus Christ truly is the Son of God, a loving, wonderful God who laid aside His Majesty to humble Himself by being born of a woman, a virgin, to lay in a humble manger. So that He could save the world from their sins by later dying on the cross for the redemption of man, then rising from the dead on the third day, to prove Himself as having power over life and death.
What a Mighty God we serve!

“Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you: For everyone that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth: and to him that knocketh is shall be opened.” (Matthew 7:7-8 KJV)
